Job Description

A Inside Sales Representative plays a pivotal role in generating revenue for a company by answering inbound inquiries from potential customers as well as maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships. This position requires a combination of sales acumen, communication skills, and product knowledge to meet and exceed sales targets.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience as an Sales Account Manager or a similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a customer friendly manner.
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn about changing products and market trends.

Preferred Qualifications

• In person sales experience, helping with clients face to face
• 2+ years of Customer service experience
• Strong organizational skills to manage an inbox efficiently
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
• Experience in a leadership/management role

What You’ll Do

• Communicate with customers through various channels such as phone calls, emails, video conferencing and our showroom.
• Acquire an in-depth understanding of the company's products/services, their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Provide accurate quotes, pricing, and proposals to potential customers based on their needs, negotiating as necessary to close deals.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase how the products/services can solve the customer's problems.
• Utilize effective sales techniques to guide potential customers through the sales process, ultimately converting leads into customers.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business, upsell additional products/services, and generate referrals.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quotas set by the company.
• Regularly update and maintain CRM systems to track customer interactions, sales progress, and forecast potential sales revenue.
• Collaborate with other sales team members, marketing, and other departments to align efforts and achieve common sales goals.
• Handle all customer service issues that arise post sale.

Position Details

• Compensation: Expected at $60,000 - $74,000 per year, consisting of $24/hr base pay plus $10,000.00 - $24,000.00 in commissions per year
• Type: Full-time
• Employee Status: Regular
• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm or 9am - 6pm shifts available, 40 hours per week
• Location: Austin, Texas 100% on-site
