Job Description

The E-Commerce Product Listing Specialist at UPLIFT Desk is responsible for creating high-quality product listings for our UPLIFT Desk brand. This position will report to the CMO and work closely with the Product Development, Multimedia, and WebDev teams to create and maintain compelling product listings. Attention to detail and a keen sense of how to effectively put yourself in the customer's shoes is a must.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years experience managing e-commerce product listings on platforms like BigCommerce and Shopify
• 1+ year product listing on third party channels such as Amazon
• Intermediate understanding of HTML & CSS
• Experience with G-suite (docs and spreadsheets)
• Basic knowledge of SEO

Preferred Qualifications

• Some college or college degree
• Strong organizational skills to manage individual inbox, tasks, and projects efficiently
• Ability to update, publish, and QA page layouts and content blocks
• Experience with project management software, such as AirTable
• Experience with a CMS platform, such as Contentful

What You’ll Do

• Use a mockup produced by our team of product designers, content writers, and photographers to create a listing within the BigCommerce platform
• Use HTML to create detailed and accurate product listings
• Maintain existing product listings by updating lead times, optimizing content, and adding new options
• Ensure new listings are user-friendly and link properly with existing pages
• Find, diagnose, and fix content problems, including broken links, typographical errors, and formatting inconsistencies
• Develop website improvement ideas for what is needed to beat our competition. Be competitive

• Compensation: $23 - $26 an hour
• Type: Full-time or Part-time

• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, 40 hours per week
